The primary purpose of the association is to operate and maintain the building and to support the Marin Masonic Lodge through its revenue. It is a non-profit corporation. It offers twenty office suites and four storefront spaces for rent in downtown San Rafael. In addition to these suites and storefronts, it also offers an auditorium for rent for banquets, dances and other such events. A frequent comment is that it is one of the best dance floors in the county of Marin.
