2019 Events
Grand Representative Reception
We held a reception to honor our own Marsha Molloy, Past Matron, who this year is serving as the Grand Representative of the State of Georgia for Eastern Star in California. Other Grand Representatives and past Grand Representative were on hand to honor and show their support for Marsha and Eastern Star. Everyone had a good time.
Coins for Charity
In August, we held our annual Coins for Charity Dinner. Our members enjoyed a great dinner thanks to our members. Afterwards, we began the process of counting and rolling coins for donation to Eastern Stars Heart Fund. We raised over two hundred dollars for this purpose. This is a light hearted event that has been going on for many years.
Relay for Life
We participated in Relay for Life in July. We raised two thousand dollars on behalf of those who have cancer. Our thanks to our members, those to participated and to those who sponsored our members and guests.
Memorial Day Balloon and Bake Sale
We had a lot of fun sponsoring our Annual Ballons and Bake Sale as part of the Mill Valley Volunteer Fire Departments Breakfast. We made a donation to them from the proceeds of our sales that day.

On Memorial Day each year, we hold our annual Balloons and Bake Sale. It is held annually in front of the Masonic Building just down the street from Mill Valley Fire Departments "All You Can Eat" Breakfast. We sold cupcakes, balloons, flags, buttons and gliders as a fundraiser for our organization
(and it is a great deal of fun every year.).
New Members!
On May 1st, 2019, we initiated two new members into our Chapter.
They live in Novato. It was a wonderful night.
Brothers Night
We held our Annual Brothers Night on April 3rd, 2019. We celebrated with a dinner at 6:00 p.m. Afterwards, we proceeded with an hour long activity. We then held our meeting for the evening.
First Past Matrons and Patrons Meeting
Sister Patti Stahl hosted the Spring Past Matrons and Past Patrons meeting on March 16th at her home.
Installation of Officers
We began our year on November 14th, 2018 with our Installation of Officers. We would like to thank of of those who attended and who help prepare for the Installation. It promises to be a good year.
