2023 Comes to a Close
Marin Lodge 2024 Officers Installed
On December 9th, the officers of Marin Lodge were installed. Wor. Brother Barry Young, a past master of a Lodge in San Francisco and of Mill Valley Lodge No. 356 was installed as their Master for this year. He was joined by several brethren in new stations for the year. They celebrated afterwards by having a banquet at Restaurant Chalet Basque in Terra Linda.
Mill Valley Lodge 2024 Officers Installed
The officers of Mill Valley Lodge were installed in their respective offices on Tuesday, December 19th at their Lodge. Worshipful Stan Bransgrove PM was cheerfully installed as the Master for 2024. He thanked his corps of officers for their help in the year ahead.
Entered Apprentice Degree Conferred
The officers of Ross Valley Lodge, as well as those of Mill Valley Lodge and Marin Lodge conferred the Entered Apprentice Degree on Thursday, December 14th, 2023 at their Lodge. A dinner was preparted served by the ladies of Eastern Star beforehand. It was a pleasant evening for Masonry in Marin county.
Memorial Service for VW Ray Schmalz PM
A memorial service was held for Very Worshipful Ray Schmalz PM on Sunday, August 13th, 2023 at the Mill Valley Masonic Center. Very Worshipful Schmalz was a member of Mill Valley Lodge and Marin Lodge. He made fundamental contributions to each as a brother, as a ritualist and lending his expertise in administration and finance. In addition he was the Treasurer of the Grand Lodge of California for two years. He will be missed.
Entered Apprentice Degree
The officers of Marin Lodge conferred the Entered Apprentice Degree on May 3rd at their Lodge. Everyone enjoyed the degree. Lodge members and several brethren of other Lodges were in attendance. Upon retiring from the Lodge room, they enjoyed refreshments that were offered in the library
Memorial Service for Worshipful Charles Hoyez PM
The officers of Mill Valley Lodge offered a moving memorial service for their late Brother, Worshipful Brother Charles Hoyez PM on Sunday, February 5th, 2023. The service included a military color guard and an Eastern Star service. Refreshments followed the service.
Entered Apprentice Degree
Mill Valley Lodge conferred the Entered Apprentice Degree in January.
Marin Lodge Installation of Officers
and Holiday Dinner
Marin Lodge's Installation of Officers was held on Saturday, December 17th, 2022 at Marin Lodge. Their new corps of officers were installed including their new Worshipful Master, Wor. Brother David Hammond. They celebrated with their Annual Holiday Dinner at Chalet Basque in Terra Linda.

Star of the Redwoods Chapter OES installed their 2023 Officers on Sunday, November 20th at Mill Valley Lodge.
